Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, following these criteria:

1 - The returned package must be the same as the one we sent via Correios.

2 - We do not exchange items:
a) With tags removed, altered, or damaged;
b) Items stained or damaged by the customer;
c) Complimentary or giveaway items.

3 - The shipping cost of the first exchange will be covered by the store, provided it is done exclusively through a Correios code sent via email and WhatsApp.

4 - The item must arrive at our store; under no circumstances will the store accept returns through third parties or transport companies.

5 - In the case of a refund, the amount paid:
a) By card - will be refunded through the same method, which may take up to 7 days for the customer’s bank to process;
b) By PIX - will be refunded to the customer via the same method within a maximum of 3 business days after the item arrives at our company;
c) By boleto - will be refunded via TEV, TED, or DOC within a maximum of 3 business days after the item arrives at our company;
d) If the customer agrees, they can choose to leave a credit for future purchases, using the amount paid during the original purchase.
