Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Methods
We deliver through Correios or the Jadlog carrier. All merchandise is dispatched from our headquarters, located in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil.
2. Shipping Deadlines
- For standard purchases, the merchandise will be shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- For pre-sales, shipping will be completed by the day following the official collection release date. Please note that pre-sales usually occur 7 days prior to the collection launch.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- National regions: Delivery time varies depending on the recipient's location and the selected service (Correios or Jadlog). The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
- International regions: For shipments to other countries, the estimated delivery time is up to 30 business days, subject to external factors such as customs clearance and local regulations.
4. Deliveries in Goiânia and the Metropolitan Region
For purchases within Goiânia and the surrounding metropolitan area, we provide an internal driver who ensures delivery within 72 business hours from payment confirmation.
5. General Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or recipient absence, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, logistical issues with Correios or Jadlog, or customs holds for international shipments.
- Shipment status can be tracked using the tracking code provided after dispatch.
6. Returns and Exchanges
For issues related to shipping, such as damaged or lost merchandise, customers must contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
7. Jurisdiction
In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction of the Comarca of Goiânia, Goiás, will govern all matters related to delivery and services.
